After scrimping and saving, Julia Flynn has finally scraped together the money she needs to reclaim her great-grandparents’ condemned Christmas tree farm and ranch. When she arrives to the real estate auction in Rocks River, California, she’s sure the property will be hers. What she doesn’t count on is an arrogant renovation superstar with deep pockets outbidding her.

Beau Ashley has one plan for this property; flip it for his reality show on the Fix It Network. When he discovers Julia is a descendant of the original owners it’s a great angle for the show. When he attempts to bring Julia onboard, she has zero interest in helping the man who ripped the ranch right out from under her. Even less interest being on television.

However, bringing her family’s legacy back to its former glory outweighs her dislike of Beau Ashley and his ever-present cameras. With no construction experience, she soon finds herself in over her head. If she’s not careful, she’ll find herself head over heels too!
